Pre-order products are subject to months-long wait times for completion, and by placing an order you recognize that this is the case.
We aim to keep pre-order times within a span of 2-3 months, but sometimes delays are unavoidable due to unexpected production issues/local holidays in the regions we produce our parts. We will always post production updates to our Instagram page @poisonfigs and also to our Discord server when we have them.
We charge a low flat shipping rate to all regions, and are able to do so because we utilize post forwarding to keep costs down. When you receive your tracking number, it is recommended that you use a universal tracker such as Track17 to track your package, as it should automatically identify any courier being used. If a universal tracker cannot identify your courier, please email us at ashpoison4500@gmail.com, or message us on Instagram @poisonfigs, and we will let you know what courier is being used for your package.
Because we use post forwarding and a number of different couriers, shipping times can be variable, but please allow for around two weeks after dispatch for delivery to most regions, as we ship directly from China rather than domestically in each region we serve.
